What We Do
In practice, we usually become involved when projects are at stages such as:

Our role is not limited to execution.

This also means that not every project is advised to move forward immediately.

What We Do Not Do
To maintain the effectiveness of engineering judgment and ensure stable delivery, we are not suited for certain types of cooperation:
• Projects where price is the primary decision factor
• Pure execution manufacturing that requires no development involvement
• Urgent projects with no room to adjust structural or material risks
• Extremely low MOQ projects with frequently changing core directions
These boundaries exist to ensure that time and resources are invested in projects with a clear development path.

How We Decide
Rather than pursuing a large number of projects, we maintain a limited project scope in order to allow deeper R&D involvement.
In each project, we focus on questions such as:
• Can the structure support stable long-term production?
• Is the process pathway controllable and repeatable?
• Can engineering decisions remain consistent between sampling and mass production?
In some situations, adjusting the development pathway — or even pausing progress — can be the more reliable choice.
