From Product Development to Production
A successful bag project involves more than reproducing a drawing.
Material thickness, reinforcement, hardware weight, lining construction, edge finishing and assembly methods can all affect the final appearance, function and manufacturability of a product.
That is why HONG STUDIO places product development at the beginning of the manufacturing process. Our Research & Development team works across design, materials, hardware, engineering and sample making, helping brands identify potential issues before a project moves into bulk production.
For more developed projects, we can also review existing samples and discuss possible improvements in construction, materials, finishing or production consistency.
